The Team
Staff
All our staff are highly-qualified and experienced. As well as their own individual childcare qualifications, all staff who work directly with the children receive safeguarding training, paediatric first aid and food safety training. We also subscribe to Hampshire County Council's training scheme and staff carry out further training for their continual professional development as required.
We carry out checks for criminal and other records through the Disclosure and Barring Service in accordance with statutory requirements.
Stepping Stones staffing ratio is in line with the Safeguarding and Welfare requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage to ensure that children have sufficient individual attention and to guarantee care and education of a high quality.
